Trust & Confidence The third skill is learning to accept what comes and refraining from using your critical faculty (or left brain) to analyse and question what’s going on. Remember you are accessing your own unconscious mind and it is full of memories, knowledge and wisdom that your conscious mind is mostly unaware. So you may be surprised at what you discover and sometimes your natural defences may come into play by questioning the truth of your experience. You will have plenty of time at the end of the session to review what you experienced so it’s not necessary to do that during the session.       
In one-to-one therapy you will learn to build trust and confidence in what you experience and develop an open mind.
