Inner World The second skill is becoming familiar with how you access and sense your inner world. It may be that you sense it visually in your minds eye, or sense it kinaesthetically as feelings in your body, or you might be more aware of sounds or perhaps you sense it as ‘just thoughts in your mind’ like an inner knowing. Most people sense their inner world in a mixture of ways and in one-to-one therapy you will be able to develop these skills so your experiences become clearer and have real meaning. You will find the more often you enter your inner world the more comfortable you become with the experience, until it becomes just like second nature to you.
