Goals for Therapy
To experience a past life regression driven by a fascination of past lives and soul rescue work after reading books by Roger Woolger.

Overview of the Past Life Story
 
She started her life story as a farm girl in Victorian times about 14 years old. It was a busy farm setting with lots going on. A little later, away from the all this activity she then witnessed the beating and rape of another farm girl, by the farm owner. This other farm girl was resisting strongly and put up quite a fight. It was as if she (the client) walked in on something she wasn’t supposed to see. We then moved on to the next significant event in her life when she found herself in the same room and situation as the other farm girl. She was raped like the other farm girl (clearly the farm owner thought this was his right). There was some violence involved but not to the same degree as she witnessed previously.  Although she didn’t put up a real fight she did however try to protect herself by twisting her hips and legs sideways but eventually gave up. She was shocked by the rape as she was only 14 and still a virgin. The rape appeared to be about exercising power and violence over others. The next significant event happened when she was still about the same age and the farmer was drunk, completely out of control and even more violent. She was in a barn and he kept hurling things at her as she hid behind a post. Eventually she managed to escape through a hole in the barn

Death
Once more, she was attacked by the farmer but this time he mortally wounded her with a pitch fork. Despite this he still went on to rape her as she was dying although she wasn’t really aware of what was happening. She could see herself as limp rag doll at the point of death. There were no emotions at leaving, just a feeling of dissociation. Initially she wasn’t able to see the death point as she didn’t want to. So I  encouraged her to calm herself and explained how she could protect herself from the raw emotions of the violent death. This enabled her to go through the death experience by dissociating fom the body.

Spirit Realms

Healing
Felt like as if she was in the middle of the sun - a sort of ‘golden light energy limbo’. Was getting little flashbacks of the farmers face and it was if this place was melting those images. It was very peaceful with a sense of nothingness as if she did not have to experience anything any more.

Past life review with guides
This was an emotional reunion with her healing guide (who she is already aware of). Her lesson was to gain experience of extremes and know when to trust and not trust. Also to discern when a situation can be handled and when it can not, so steer away from dangerous people and situations (don’t poke your nose in). Lesson was not fully learned.

Integration Patterns with this life
Has already had a situation in this life with a difficult neighbour who couldn’t be reasoned with and made the same mistake thinking that she could handle the situation. It also has relevance with her healing that it is important not to get too close and familiar with clients and to recognise when she should steer away from clients she can’t help.

Final Communication from the guide
To use that experience positively, Not as a victim but for development and growth. Also to understand that the farmer was just going through his experience just as she was going through hers.

Follow up 1-2 weeks later
Understood why, in this life, she has a problem with her hip and an aversion to the countryside. Didn’t feel so good emotionally for the 1st four days after our session, at which point it completely changed. Since then, has been feeling very positive, good about herself and starting to set down boundaries in all aspects of her life.
