Goals for Therapy
To experience a past life regression because she is fascinated about this whole area based on knowing someone a long time ago who had been regressed into a past life.

Overview of the Past Life Story
 
She started her life story as a little Red Indian girl around 6 or 7 years old, playing with other children in the tribe – a time of joy and laughter. It moved on to when she was 15 at a time when the tribe had to move away because the white man was invading and taking their land - a time of sadness and fear, but things had to change. The next event was when she was 23 and had a baby daughter and husband (a ‘wise man’). They no longer lived with the tribe and her husband was farming the land as they were embracing new ideas and new ways – a time of contentment but also of change. This was followed by a time when she was 35 and they now lived in a log cabin and she had three children. They all went to school with the white children and learned new ways and the white man’s language. She had befriended Emily, a teacher at the school who she assisted by teaching the children tribal ways. When she reached 38, there was a lot of sickness and Emily became very ill and eventually died. She tried to save her using her knowledge of tribal medicine but it didn’t work and she was very upset to lose her best friend.

Death
She died at the age of 48 from a wasting disease (probably cancer), with her family around her bed. She was aware of leaving her body with a sense of peace and a welcoming feeling. Emotions at leaving were sad but knowing a lot had been achieved. Saw her parents on the way to the spirit realms.

Spirit Realms

Healing - Felt overwhelming peace and calm -a good place to be. Also felt shadows and movement around her as she was enveloped in healing energy.

Past life review with guides - lesson was to learn to adapt to the changes and integrate the tribal knowledge and wisdom into the white man’s society. By harmonising with the white man rather than going to war with him gave the best result. There were three spirit guides and they were happy with the outcome in that life as she had achieved what was expected.
 
Integration Patterns with this life
Message here wasn’t so clear other than she has incarnated again into another time of transition and that her knowledge and wisdom gained in that life would be used again in this life – this was important to understand and all would be revealed in due course.

Final Communication from the guide
Be yourself and do what you believe in and this will prepare you what will happen in the future. Although it doesn’t make sense now it will become clear when the time is right.

Follow up 1-2 weeks later
The experience made her feel re-born, on a high and elated.  Now has a realisation that she has greater responsibility than she was previously aware – has really opened her eyes and was profound in that sense. Very keen and happy to do further work together
