Overview of the Past Life Story 
Start
Life started as a girl aged 10 in an orchard not far from home. Home was a stone farm house, lives there with mother and father and grandmother – described a meal time. This was a happy time but ‘knew’ that this would not last. 

1st  Significant event
Found herself outside her parents’ home aged 23; it was in ruins and had burnt down some time ago. Married now and lives a few miles away with her husband and sister-in-law. Feels lost. Was riding horses with sister in law, have a new life now, not happy though because she has lost her happiness, that is in the past. Lives in a town in a tall house with servants – the town is in Holland.

2nd Significant event
In bed and seriously ill, aged 28. Doesn’t want to live anymore and is about to die. Feels peaceful but no interest in living any further as the happiness went after she left the farmhouse – unsure how or why this happened. Has no feelings toward her husband, he wanted her for her money.

Death
Two or three people in the room, sister-in-law, nurse and doctor present.  No physical feelings, emotionally peaceful not fighting it. Final thoughts were that she hadn’t been in control it was all done for her. This left her feeling angry although she couldn’t have done anything different then.

Healing:
Body
Took the body from that life back to the farmhouse and orchard to do some healing. Physical cause of death was her weak heart and so directed pure healing light into the body to restore it back to its original glory. Then she gave the girl a hug until they were both happy.
Emotions
Felt the ‘anger’ was a form of protection and happiness was too easy to take away. She concluded that she wanted to be able to control her emotions so that people couldn’t take her happiness away. Anger was stored in throat /chest area, green/yellow in colour, round swirly in shape and had a consistency of ‘clouds and cotton wool’.  Cleared this by breathing pure white healing light in through the crown and down into that area to dissipate the negative energy.

Unfinished business
None
Soul Retrieval
Sensed that there was a part of her soul that split off in that life due to the period of unhappiness. It was if a slither of brightness detached itself. This slither of herself was carrying the qualities of innocence, happiness and  gentle strength. Invited that part to integrate back into herself and it was if it was just waiting to be asked and that it willingly wanted to return. It was then naturally was absorbed back into her soul without any direction.

Healing Guide

Past Life Review
Initially not sure what lesson was in that life but then felt she hadn’t tried to find her happiness else where (it was confined to the farm house) and in doing so had made others unhappy. As a result of this she decided to cut her life short not through suicide but purely by choosing not to live any more.

Integration into Current Life
Realise now that she has sought happiness from sources under her control, from things rather than people (that you can’t control). Advice from the guide is that you don’t have to control other people as your behaviour will do that.  So need to let go of worrying about loving other people and trying to keep a distance because it is safer, isn’t necessary – what you give out is what you get back – this is the big lesson.  

Further work
Guide knows she understands the big lesson and any further work will be the same lesson, although it may need reinforcing so isn’t a problem. He leaves his love and surrounds her with love.

Disengagement
Bathed the Past Life character in loving light – white and mauve and returned the energies of the Past Life into their rightful place.

Follow up 1-2 weeks later
Found reading the case study notes very moving and found herself re-evaluating her life as a result of the session. Overall felt it was very well worth doing.
