Goals for Therapy
To experience a past life regression motivated by difficulties in this life due to recent medical issues.

Overview of the Past Life Story 
Start
Found himself on a wooden sailing ship at the quayside at the end of journey (a pilgrimage) to America, dressed in black shoes, white stockings, black trousers, black coat, black hat and white shirt (like a puritan) aged in his late twenties – bible in hand, sensing the beginning of a new life (appeared to be one of the pilgrims arriving in America) – feeling anticipation of new beginnings, a new life in a new world. Takes a cart and horse and journeys inland, feels good and alive with a sense of purpose that he wants to help others (not a religious message though). The journey takes him to higher ground, where there are plains with hills a long way in the distance. He then temporarily stops at a wooden stockade where he is among fellow pilgrims dressed dark and drab, but knows he won’t stay as he has other aspirations that don’t match those that live there (highly religious community – too dark and depressing - no joy) but recognises it as a safe place
1st Significant event
At this time he is a small farmer dressed in brown animal skins leaning on a fence looking around, life has been hard (outside in the sun a lot), feels wise but worn out (an old 45). Lives in a cabin alone surrounded by fields of corn, horses and chickens. Not so full of anticipation any longer, feels a bit sad because he didn’t achieve everything he wanted to as by working so hard he hasn’t been able to help people. Feels like getting on a horse and leaving it all behind.
2nd Significant event
No longer a farmer, is standing on a porch wearing braces, leather boots and feeling good (happier now). There are things going on, he can see a school and children, a church and knows he is living in a small community. There is a meadow and pond and other houses and road. He lives and works from here and feels like he is a teacher (a Wiseman) in this community and is now fulfilling his original dreams of helping people. The children are important to him. People come to the door and ask for advice, to help them with decisions and help guide them in disputes. Feels that he brings value to the community, which is appreciated and now feels younger than he was when farming (is a young 50). Doesn’t sense he will move on now, content to end his days here. 3rd Significant event
Some years later he gets married so now has a partner (a widow) now but no children. He is still supporting the community in the same role as he was before but is less active now.  Also, he is happy with his life journey at this point in time.

Death
He passes suddenly whilst he is sitting at the top of a hill overlooking his community. Finds himself looking down at his body knowing that he has finished with that life (his wife had died before him) and he just floats up and away – no real emotion only acceptance that this particular life is over with and that he will move onto another in due course

Spirit Realms
Healing
He goes way above the earth into the stars and finds himself sitting in a place looking back at the universe – he then goes through tall grass (golden corn) and comes out in a clearing, before arriving in a healing energy place. On arrival he feels gold all around him and it is warm, clear and bright (white light). The white light comes down from above and begins to sparkle as it hits him. He lifts his hands and fingers and the light goes through his head and fingers and passes through him like electricity all the way down to his feet and toes (hard to get it down there) and then into the ground. It feels good and light, like waves of energy. It then slows as it finishes and he then feels fine

Past life review with guide
Did okay in that life and kept searching even when life was tough and eventually found peace and contentment. Lesson was not to give up on your dream and to persevere even when you may go down false roads – as it is just part of the journey not the end of it. Guide smiled and patted him on the shoulder. Purpose of being alone for so long was that he wasn’t ready to share his life with somebody until near its end.

Final Communication from the guide
Guide says he has wisdom and he needs to share it more especially with children – not being selfish but needs to look and see more clearly. Allow the light to shine and you will see more. ‘Get on and do it’. – Guide indicated at the end that he should meet with his father in the spirit realms but not now, another time.

Session highlighted that you should never lose focus of what you want to acheive.
