Goals for Therapy
To experience a past life regression motivated by a recurrent dream which he believes relates to a past life in Peru. In fact he was able to recognise the location whilst taking a holiday in Peru a couple of years ago. 

Overview of the Past Life Story 
He started his life story as a boy around 8 years old, inside a tent in the desert, with two other children and a teacher who was taking the lesson – a feeling of belonging, very much at home, happy and not taking the lesson too seriously. In that life the two other children (a boy and girl) are the son and daughter of the teacher but he recognises them as his own son and daughter in this life. He moved on to when he was in his late teens or early twenties and he had now taken on the role of teacher and scholar. He was in the same tent working, writing (right to left) whilst his wife (the girl pupil at the start of the life story) waited patiently for him to finish – at this point in time he was very much at peace. 
 
Death
The next significant event was the death point, he was old with a white beard, and was lying with his head in the lap of his wife. He knew he was dying but was very much at peace (as was his wife) as both had a understanding and acceptance of what was going to happen. He slowly floated up and saw his self and wife below in the tent (he was able to see through the tent). He just went higher and higher looking down on the desert and could see for miles around and was very much enjoying the experience. He then went into the light which surrounded him

Spirit Realms

Healing
As he goes to the healing realms where he sees his teacher from his past life but feels they are equals now.  It’s all very white, like a world made of light and crystals all very beautiful – like being in an ice field. Felt it as a very pure and a strengthening place. Being a wise old man when he died it is just confirmation of what he expected and there is a deep sense of peace. He then feels a metamorphosis taking place as his form begins to change and he become just like crystal, clear and shiny. At the same time his insides which appear to be made of a dark substance start to drain out.  His teacher is involved in this healing (he is holding his hand on his head) and it’s as if there is some kind of purifying process going on. Once the dark substance is drained the healing is over and he feels fine.  

Past life review with guides
His teacher in his past life is also his guide and he puts his arm around him as they walk together in step. The impression he then gets is a sense that his guide is very proud of him as he achieved all he needed to in that life. As for lessons,  these were about discipline, faith, comittment, humility, dedication, loving and being loved. The work was hard but all it required was focus and faith in knowing where he was going.   

Integration Patterns with this life
Need to have the same focus, discipline and faith in where he is going in this life as he did in that past life. There is no need to doubt and have reservations, so it’s important for him to remember to have faith knowing he can safely leap into the unknown and come out OK, as he did in that past life.

Final Communication from the guide
Guide says ‘ You know what you have to do, you know what its all about.  I’m off now, you do your thing, nothing more needs to be said. ‘
